The 2007 Racing Line NSW 200m State Championships were held under lights at the Sydney International Regatta Centre, Penrith.
The 2007 event had competitors from all over NSW, as well as from Great Britain, Japan and the USA. A great event was hosted, with thanks going out to all of the volunteers who assisted on the night. Special thanks to the Scouts from the 1st Cambridge Park Scout Group who did a great job in assisting with the hand held pontoon starts. NSW Canoeing Championship Medals were handed out to place getters.
The highlight of the Championship was the Race Off at the end of the evening, when the 9 fastest men and women race off consecutive races until the last 2 were left for an all out sprint. Congratulations to Steve Burns & Shelley Oates-Wilding who won the mens & womens races, respectively, each collecting the $300 cash prize. For full results for the race off please
